1.5. The Portal provides information about organized architecture competitions (including the Competition Terms and Conditions, Competition Brief, photos, and related details) published by the Administrator and intended for a designated group of individuals, the "Participants."

1.6. In accordance with these Terms, only the Competitions selected by the Administrator are published on the Portal. All users can search and view Competitions and access other services offered on the Portal. Additional terms, conditions, and restrictions may apply to each Competition.

1.7. Searching, viewing, and exploring the Competitions or other publicly available information on the Portal can be done without registration or login. By engaging in these activities, Users agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

2. Registration Rules

2.1. All eligible participants can enter the Competitions on the Portal after completing the registration process.

2.2. Each Competition has its own specific set of rules, terms, and conditions for eligibility and registration. Participants must review the individual Competition Terms and Conditions for detailed eligibility and registration requirements.

3. User Obligations

3.1. Users must not use automated programs or other methods to access the Portal without authorization.

3.2. The User agrees:

3.4. Users acknowledge that the Administrator is not responsible for any losses resulting from measures taken to protect the Portal.

3.5. The User agrees to indemnify the Administrator from any claims arising from a violation of these Terms.
